Very disappointed with the customer service from this landscaping supplier. We spoke with them directly regarding missing materials that were never provided with our order, and they stated they could not offer any reimbursement or resolution for the inconvenience. On top of that, they expected us to drive back to the original location for the missing materials, even though our job site was over an hour away. We politely asked if we could pick up the materials at a different location closer to the project, but they refused and offered absolutely no compromise or assistance. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service overall. As contractors, we rely on suppliers to be dependable and willing to work with customers when issues happen. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here.

A little tricky to get in and out of due to construction on IH35 N access road. The people in the yard and in the office were very friendly and helpful. We just loaded buckets with some rocks and paid by the pound the gentleman in the yard was really helpful.

The product was what we expected to be. I've had these guys deliver to me five or six times. It's always been great. I went inside today and found myself having to avoid an argument with the young lady behind the desk. Some employees just don't seem to want to be at work some days.

Been here twice to order delivery for personal projects. The staff are very knowledgeable and helped me figure out which gravel met my needs. I love this display they have on site of how their gravel looks all laid out. It really helped with visualizing our project. Delivery window is long, but they give you a call when they’re on their way. Gravel looks great and I always know where I can get more!

The staff was very friendly and they had a great selection. What I found very helpful was the indoor display bin that had mulch and rock samples with labels and pricing! That made it so easy. They also had a booklet with pricing available. I also went to the landscape supply place in Round Rock today. I plan to make my purchase from Whittlesey based on how friendly they were and how much easier it was to identify and price the items.
